Lemon diet is very simple plan. You drink certain amount of lemon juice mixed with water every day before breakfast.

Day 1: juice of 1 lemon mixed with a glass of fresh water

Day 2:  juice of 2 lemons mixed with 2 glasses of fresh water

Day 3: juice of 3 lemons mixed with 3 glasses of fresh water

Day 4: juice of 4 lemons mixed with 4 glasses of fresh water

Day 5: juice of 5 lemons mixed with 5 glasses of water

Day 6: juice of 6 lemons mixed with 6 glasses of fresh water

Day 7: juice of 3 lemons mixed with 10 glasses of fresh water. Add a spoon of honey and drink during the day.

Day 8: juice of 6 lemons mixed with 6 glasses of fresh water

Day 9: juice of 5 lemons mixed with 5 glasses of water

Day10: juice of 4 lemons mixed with 4 glasses of fresh water

Day 11: juice of 3 lemons mixed with 3 glasses of fresh water

Day12: juice of 2 lemons mixed with 2 glasses of fresh water

Day 13: juice of 1 lemon mixed with 1glass of fresh water

Day 14: juice of 3 lemons mixed with 10 glasses of fresh water. Add a spoon of honey and drink during the day.

If you can’t drink whole amount at once, drink as much as you can. Leave the rest for later. Just have in mind to drink it at least an hour before the meal.

This diet is not recommended for people with gastrointestinal problems!

Lemon diet is especially effective in spring and fall, because it us the time our body needs detoxification and extra vitamins.

If you combine this diet with low calorie intake you will achieve even better results! Eat five small meals, but really small meals. Don’t over eat and don’t eat any kind of pasta, pastry or white bread. Forget about soft drinks, juices with sugar and alcohol. Avoid snacks, chips, flips and candy.
