HONEY DIET-YOU CAN LOOSE UP TO 3KG IN 3DAYS

Due to the large number of nutrients that honey contains, it should be consumed daily ,  even on a diet Nutritionists advise that before you start  the start any type of diet get yourself honey with  proven quality, dark types of honey are recommended.

If you follow this diet, you can lose 2-3 kg in just three days! Here is a three day menu for this diet:


DAY ONE:

Breakfast:  2  soft boiled egg yolks mixed  with a teaspoon of honey. With the meal, drink tea with lemon or coffee (no sugar).
Lunch:  100 g of cheese + 50 g boiled carrots + 50 g boiled broccoli + 50 g boiled cauliflower. Mix all this in a blender until it becomes creamy. To this meal add tea or coffee with 1 teaspoon of honey.
Dinner:  A cup of clear vegetable soup, a slice of whole grain bread and 1 apple, pear or orange.
Before going to bed, drink tea with lemon.

DAY TWO:
Breakfast:  Same as day one.

Lunch: Make cream from a soft-boiled egg, tablespoon of honey and 100 g of cottage cheese. With the meal, drink tea with lemon or coffee.
Dinner: 150 grams of fish or chicken fillets, small bowl of vegetable salad and tea with lemon.

DAY THREE:
Breakfast:  Same as day one +one apple.

Lunch: 50 grams of cheese, a slice of rye bread and a bowl of fresh vegetables with lemon juice.
Dinner: 300g of boiled vegetables, a soft boiled egg and a cup of tea with one tablespoon of honey.

Note: Every day, be sure to eat half a lemon!
